Easy Gingerbread Prosecco Recipe and a Mocktail Version Too!

Gingerbread Prosecco is definitely my tipple this year for Christmas, last year it was my Hot Chocolate Cocktail and the year before mulled cider, but at the moment my drink of choice this festive season is the Gingerbread Prosecco.

Personally, I would just like to buy it in a bottle, open it and pour myself a nice fizzy flute but I've yet to see it in my super markets, so I've made my own Easy Gingerbread Prosecco Recipe. I did plan to make my own gingerbread syrup but ginger is impossible to peel and with all the other prep around Christmas I took a sneaky short cut and bought a bottle of Bobby's Coffee Gingerbread syrup and it's delicious and could be used in coffee, hot chocolate or even drizzled over ice cream.

Easy Gingerbread Prosecco Recipe

2tbsp Gingerbread Syrup
1tsp Lemon
Mini Gingerbread men (optional, but seriously how cute!)

Pour in the gingerbread syrup and lemon juice. Then top with chilled Prosecco and serve immediately.

On Christmas day or at Christmas parties I will let the little lads have a fizzy mocktail and even drink out of mama's fancy glasses, they love it and see it as an extra special treat. 

Mocktail Gingerbread Bellini Recipe

1tsp Gingerbread syrup
Mini Gingerbread men - essential!
A Fancy glass (optional and at your own risk!) 

Pour in the gingerbread syrup and top with chilled lemonade and serve immediately with a mini gingerbread man.
